  1. Thank you for sharing, hermana. I learned much from this blog. It was quite informative…… yet, it touched. I was saddened, as I learned about Trujillo and the massacre he conducted, about the racism, about the discrimination and physical abuse. It’s so sad. This touches home. I bore two sons who are half Haitian. I will share history with them, right along as I’m learning.

    Again, thank you for being a voice.
