Something powerful happened to me this morning. I was moving around the house getting ready for work when I started to really think about what I haven’t been doing. I was thinking about how much time has been wasted. Specifically, how much time I have spent feeling sad! Today I finally shifted my thoughts a lot quicker than I usually do and went in search of exactly what I needed to pull myself out and what I received was an important message and reminder (which I will write and post tomorrow).
The result of this mornings meditation on depression, melancholy and sadness was one word… a reminder… CREATE SOMETHING! Get up and MOVE! Keep moving! And with that I am thrilled to announce on this extremely cold, damp evening that I am launching a new kind of:
What I know to be true is that I work extremely well with deadlines and expectations. There is something powerful about waking up everyday at the exact same time where the world is still and setting my intentions to accomplish my goals everyday!
As this year comes to a close there is much I intend to move towards in terms of manifesting my desires. What I have learned is that discipline and practice is what it takes to arrive.
So as of tomorrow, December 3rd I am starting Writing Towards Manifestation! (You can join me at any time…) For the remainder of December I intend to wake everyday and write towards the manifestation of my writers goals and I invite you to join me.
Everyday we will be intentional with what we will be creating and there is something amazing about doing this in community!
We start tomorrow morning at 5:00am!
Writing Towards Manifestation is a guided call for one hour, it includes a morning meditation and writing prompts to move towards taking action.
The fee is $50.00 for the month. If you are interested in joining the call email me at firstname.lastname@example.org in the subject line write: RSVP WRITING TOWARDS MANIFESTATION!
I am excited about ending this year better than it began! Sleep well tomorrow we begin!
And so it is. Namaste. Aché
