I got to a point where I was done with writing after writing my first book. I didn’t think I could write anything else after that. I didn’t have anything left to give. How do we find the strength to write when we lose someone we love? How do we find the stamina that it takes to write when our life is crumbling around us? How do we come back to the page? How do we refill the well when it’s dry? Today I meditate on depression when you feeling like you have nothing left… when you feel like the world is hiding its gifts from you. How do we access inspiration and believe in ourselves again? In this episode I share how I return to place of self-love… how I remind myself of who I am as a writer when the world is telling me that my story doesn’t matter!
