Self-Care and the Writer ~ Ep. 383

Journal Entry ~ February 6, 2019

There are some impurities that we receive from external sources that require our attention. Today I am feeling heavy about things we see in the news and in social media. It is necessary to disconnect and detach from things that are no good for our bodies. Today I am taking care of the writer in me that needs nurturing. Writing requires so much and takes so much from me. This morning I share what self-care looks like for me, please share what helps you. What drives the writing? What are you putting into your body? What helps you during the writing process? How do you take care of the writer in you?

Writing prompts/meditation:

The writer in me deserves to be…

What I will gift myself today…

How I will show up for my stories and pages…

How I will take care of my body is…

How I will put myself and my needs first…

My intention for today…

MY INTENTION FOR TODAY IS TO BE HONEST in my writing and my life.

Wishing you peace, love and prosperity!
