If you can’t get what you need… take it! Ep. 386

Writer’s and mental health! It is important to not just seek help but to identify when it is we need help. I am thinking about all of these authors I know who have struggled with addiction or illness in some way. Writing brings up a lot of shit that is uncomfortable. These worlds we are creating along with the world we live in can sometimes be too much. It is comforting to know that there is a space we can come to as we are. If you are not getting what you need, take it.

Writing prompts/meditation:

What I need is…

When people don’t give me what I need I will take it by I will begin to demand…

One thing I can give myself today…

One thing I know I need…

My intention for today is…

MY INTENTION for today is to always be moving towards healing.

Wishing you peace, love and prosperity!

Anabel
