Grounding Yourself ~ Ep. 392

Today I am thinking about grounding myself. Grounding myself in my practice, in my work. How am I grounded in my passion, purpose, and in my spiritual life? I am reflecting on coming to the work from a place of openness, calm and clarity. How can we ground ourselves when life demands so much from us? I am sitting with the ways I have not been grounded… How do you ground yourself? What do you need to feel more grounded?

Writing prompts/meditation:

I feel grounded when…

What I need to get grounded is…

The areas of my life that require more grounding are…

How I can ground myself spiritually, creatively, intellectually, personally, socially and SELFISHLY…

How I will ground myself today…

My intention for today…

MY INTENTION for today Is to keep my feet grounded in the earth.

Wishing you peace, love and prosperity!

Anabel
